How To Make This Marshmallow Sweet Potato Casserole 

Step 1: Prepare sweet potatoes by peel them and cutting them into the large chunks.

Step 2: Now, place sweet potato chunks in large pot and cover them with water, And bring them to a boil. Cook sweet potatoes until they are fork tendered and fall apart easily.

Step 3: Drain sweet potatoes, add them back to sauce pan. And mash them with a potato masher. Later rest of the casserole filling ingredients like butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg and mix until well combined.

Step 4: Make pecan topping for the casserole, in a separate bowl. And stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, all purpose flour, salt and pecan pieces until combined.

Step 5: Grease 9 by 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Add sweet potato filling and spread it out evenly in dish. Top sweet potatoes with pecan crumble in an even layer.

Step 6: Add mini marshmallows over the pecan topping in an even layer, make sure to cover entire top of casserole.
