How To Make This Easy Slow Cooker Fiesta ChickenĀ 

Step 1: place your chicken breasts in crock pot. Add rinsed and drained black beans, drained corn, rotel tomatoes, black pepper, onion powder, ranch seasoning.
Step 2: squeeze fresh lime on top. Then pour chicken broth on ingredients and place cream cheese block on top.
Step 3: Place lid on slow cooker. Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low flame. Chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees internal temperature.
Step 4: Remove chicken from crock pot. Using two forks shred chicken and add it back in to crock pot.
Step 5: Stir all ingredients well together until cream cheese coats everything.
Step 6: Now, serve it while hot and enjoy!
