- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

How To Prepare This Easy Bacon Quiche Recipe
Step 1: Preheat oven at 375 degrees
Step 2: Place pie crust in 9” pie plate. You can also use crimp edges, if you want a fancier finished look.
Step 3: Take a large bowl and add 6 eggs, 1 cup of half and half, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, later whisk together.
Step 4: Then layer 1 cup of bacon, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of thinly sliced spinach and 4 tablespoons of green onions in the pie crust.
Step 5: Pour egg mixture carefully over bacon, cheese and onion layers.
Step 6: Later, sprinkle remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on egg mixture.
Step 7: Now, bake it for 40-45 minutes. Use a wooden toothpick to check the center of it, if it comes out clean then its done and remove from oven.
Step 8: Rest it for 5-10 minutes before serving it.
