Easy Baked Balsamic Chicken Breast Recipe

This Baked Balsamic Chicken Breast is one of the simple, real-life recipes that makes dinner feel effortless again. It's juicy, flavorful and made with few ingredients which most of us already have at home like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and oregano.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ¼ cup of olive oil 2 tablespoons of soy sauce ½ cup of balsamic vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons of dried oregano ¼ teaspoon of black pepper ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How To Prepare Baked Boneless Skinless Balsamic Chicken Breast 

  1. Flatten the Chicken: If breasts are thick, place them between plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until for ½ inch thick.
  2. Make Marinate: Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, black pepper and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Marinate: Add chicken to bowl and marinate evenly. And let it sit for 10-15 minutes for marinating. 
  4. Bake: Preheat oven at 400F and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Reset and Serve: Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing, drizzle with pan juices for extra flavor.
