Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3/4 cup crushed pretzels or corn flakes
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning blend
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp pepper

Notes

Preparation:

Put all your ingredients in a large bowl and include salt and pepper, mix it with a large for or you can use your hands.
Make the ground meat mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
I like to cover the loaf pan with an alluminium foil which can easily remove when it is done.
Cook the meatloaf with 400 degrees F for 45 minutes then Take it out and sit it for 5 minutes.
Then you can remove it from oven, apply and spread ketchup (meatloaf recipe sauce) on it evenly.
