How to Make Traditional Beef Stew Recipe:
- Place meat, flour and salt in a bag and shake it to coat the meat.
- Place skillet on stove, and pour olive oil in it with medium to high flame.
- Now add floured meat and cook it until it gets brown color.
- Now, transfer meat into a slow cooker.Then melt butter in a skillet and onions and sauté it to cook well.
- Now transfer it to the slow cooker and pour red wine into it and stir it.
- Also add potatoes, parsley,carrots and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Stir it with 2 cups of boiling water and dry soup Mix in a bowl, then pour it into the slow cooker.
- Now, cover the lid and cook it for 30 minutes on high flame.
- Later reduce the flame to low and cook it for 6 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Mix ¼ cup of warm water and 2 tbsp of flour together in a bowl, later stir it into stew and cook with uncovered until it gets thickened for 15 minutes.That’s it!
