Spinach Chicken Casserole With Cream Cheese & Mozzarella Recipe 

This chicken breasts casserole recipe is packed with delicious flavors, try this chicken casserole with spinach, cream cheese and mozzarella for nice combination during busy day's meal.

Ingredients
  

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts8 oz of cream cheese 2 cups of Spinach2 tbsp of olive oil 4 oz of mozzarella cheese 3 cloves garlic ½ tsp of red pepper flakes ½ tsp of salt ½ tsp of pepper ½ tsp of Italian seasoning 
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz mazarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp italian pepper

Directions For Spinach Chicken Casserole 

  1. For preparing this spinach chicken casserole, add olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes into a ziplock bag along with ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper. Then seal your bag and shake until it mixed well. Now, add chicken breasts, seal and massage so your chicken breasts can covered in marinade. Then set aside for 10-15 minutes on counter while you prep remaining ingredients. Position your rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Now, quickly wilt spinach in a skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and set aside.
  3. Then arrange your chicken breasts drained from marinade in a baking dish. Spread softened cream cheese over chicken breasts and lay spinach on top of cream cheese, finally sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
  4. Later, bake spinach chicken casserole for about 30 minutes. Your chicken casserole is done when cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Then serve spinach chicken casserole warm with a side of cauliflower rice or baked veggies and enjoy.
