How to Prepare This Asian Glazed Meatballs
Step 1: Firstly preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Now, take a medium sized mixing bowl and combine ground turkey, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, breadcrumbs, ½ teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of garlic and eggs which are lightly beaten. Mix all ingredients with your hands until they mix well.
Step 3: Take 1 ½ inch meat mixture and form into individual balls.
Step 4: Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet and cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5: While Meatballs are baking, make Asian glaze by mixing hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 ½ teaspoon of sesame oil and sriracha sauce in a large skillet and bring it to boil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until sauce get slightly thick.
Step 6: Remove meatballs from oven after completing it and place them directly into Asian glaze and toss well to coat Meatballs.
Step 7: Serve immediately with rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped onions.
