Raspberry Mojito Recipe – Fresh, Fruity & Easy

You can make this raspberry mojito at home, sweet and refreshing. Also it will ready in under 5 minutes. It is the perfect drink to serve at a party or just enjoy by yourself.

This fruity mojito could be a great addition to your holiday menu, because celebrating with cocktails is always fun.

This is not a strong cocktail, so it could easily be served for brunch.

Ingredients Required To Make Raspberry Mojito

For Simple Syrup:

  • Sugar
  • Water

For Raspberry Mojito:

  • Rum
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves
  • Simple syrup
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Sparkling Water

How To Prepare Raspberry Mojito?

  1. Initially, prepare simple syrup by combining 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Then, stir to let sugar dissolve and remove from heat and let syrup cool.
  3. In a sturdy glass add mint leaves, raspberries, lime juice, rum and also simple syrup.
  4. Later muddle to extract juices from mint leaves and raspberries with a muddler or a wooden spoon.
  5. Now, add ice to the glass and top with soda water.
  6. And garnish with more fresh Raspberries, mint leaves or lime slices.

Preparing Mojito With Simple Syrup

I made this raspberry mojito with the simple syrup.

It makes the cocktail evenly sweet, I don’t like how sugar settles on bottom and doesn’t get dissolved in some drinks.

Combination of tart raspberries, lime and fresh mint is refreshing to max.

Fresh berries – while I’ve some criticism from some readers for leaving flesh in this type of cocktails, I do believe that it should not be discarded.

If berry seeds bother you, then feel free to extract juice from the raspberries and leave the seeds out.

Can You Make Mojito With Vodka?

I use rum in this one, but will definitely try this with vodka.

I hope you enjoy it.
